Jessica Pegula defeated Anna Kalinskaya in the final, 6–7(0–7), 6–4, 7–6(7–3) to win the women's singles tennis title at the 2024 Berlin Ladies Open.[1] She saved five championship points en route to her fifth career WTA Tour singles title.[2]

Petra Kvitová was the reigning champion, but did not participate due to pregnancy.[3][4]
