The 2024–25 season is Royale Union Saint-Gilloise's 127th season in existence and fourth consecutive in the Belgian Pro League. They will also compete in the Belgian Cup and the UEFA Europa League following their defeat in the qualifying rounds of the UEFA Champions League.

They competed in and won the Belgian Super Cup for the first time in their history beating Club Brugge.
