The 2024–25 Richmond Spiders men's basketball team represents the University of Richmond during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. They are led by 20th-year head coach Chris Mooney and play their home games at the Robins Center in Richmond, Virginia as members of the Atlantic 10 Conference.
Previous season
[edit]The Spiders finished the 2023–24 season 23–10, 15–3 in Atlantic 10 play to win a share of the A-10 regular season championship with Loyola Chicago. As a No. 1 seed in the A-10 tournament, they lost in the quarterfinals to Saint Joseph's.[1] They received an at-large bid to the National Invitation Tournament, where they lost in the first round to Virginia Tech.
