The foreskin is a retractable double-layered fold of skin and mucous membrane that covers the glans penis and protects the urinary meatus when the penis is not erect.

Reason

It's undoubtedly a foreskin, could hardly be more enc., and is a foreskin beyond repute! A little purple fringing, but excellent detail in the foreground.
