Based on the latest info from Gateway Development Commission, the project sponsor for the Hudson Tunnel Project, I added clarity and project details to all the HTP contracts and other Gateway Program components. Much of the write-up was from 10 years ago and I've added recent details related to project procurements, scope updates, capital cost estimates, and contractor involvement. Anyone who reads this subsection should now understand the entirety of the Gateway Program, including scope, anticipated costs & completion dates, and packaging/project sequencing strategies.

Yes I've cited all the new details I've provided using a combination of press releases and public statements by the Gateway Development Commission (project sponsor for HTP), US Department of Transportation and associated administrations, and reputable news media.
