Historical note

This page was originally called Wikipedia:List of editors with really, REALLY confusingly similar names (like Dr.K. and DrKay), but it was changed to Wikipedia:Editors with confusingly similar names to avoid anyone feeling picked on. Then to be more general, it was changed to Wikipedia:Editors you might confuse. After further confusion, the title settled on Wikipedia:Editors who may be confused.
