Yes, I am very familiar with Hannelore Hahn, the International Women's Writing Guild, and the situation this Wikipedia page attempts to cover. I know the organization and taught for it for years. It was founded by Hahn in New York City in 1976. It grew out of a series of kitchen table conversations, we might say, conducted in New Jersey and New York between Hahn and friends who sought to create a way for women's voices to be heard, for their stories to be told and acknowledged—women specifically without portfolio. This detail was critical to Hahn. She is the soul creator, the mastermind behind the organization, a true visionary. She attended Black Mountain College, and when very young escaped Germany in the dark of the night with her family. Hahn's organization was stolen from her by a cadre of women who wanted to use it for personal gain and found Hahn and her daughter an impediment to their goals. The organization does not even now mention Hahn's name.
