Checkuser
I'm afriad you have a misunderstanding about the use of checkuser. Checkuser is a tool that can identify the IP address that a registered user has used, to compare if more than one registered user is coming from the same IP address. In your requests, you already know the IP addresses of the editors who are causing you problems. You should report the problems to admin intervention against vandalism or the admin noticeboard to get the IP addresses investigated and blocked. Thatcher131 19:39, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. I will keep that in mind. Regards. Wiki Raja 19:41, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

Hi wikiraja, I went through ur interactions with Kannada users and great Blnguyen! These kannada people with few admins are creating havoc in wikipedia. If u r thinking u will get justice with the likes of Mr.Kannambadi (he should get Karanataka state award for this efforts to glorify kannada history, soon he will paint Mughals as kannadigas!), Mr.Bl, Mr.Sarvagnya (he is btw the butt of joke in our college lab!) etc u are just wasting ur time. wikipedia is heavily prejudiced and if a sane person shall look into Chalukya, Yadavas of Devagiri, Rashtrakuta its all kannada trash over there. I am myself a history student and I know what i am doing. I presented the scanned proofs for my additions but the system of wikipedia is itself faulty! They have declared it void without even looking to it. God bless these chaps who are ruining wikipedia!! user:Sarvabhaum
Block
Regarding User:Wiki Raja/Multiple Sockpuppet Vandals, they are dynamic addresses, apparently from an Indian ISP. I've rangeblocked 59.92.0.0-59.92.255.255 for 8 hours, (anon only), with luck they will go away after that much time. — xaosflux Talk 03:25, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. Any news on the other 38? Regards. Wiki Raja 03:27, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
- The block I put on is actually for 59.92.0.0/16, and as a range block will block all address from 59.92.0.0 through 59.92.255.255 (e.g. 59.92.0.1, 59.92.0.2, 59.92.0.255, 59.92.1.1, 59.92.1.2, 59.92.1.255 all the way up to 59.92.255.255). — xaosflux Talk 03:31, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
- I appreciate your help, but would there be a possiblity of having them block permanently? Wiki Raja 03:33, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
- It is technically possible, but we generally only indef block 65025 addresses from editing for very serious offenses (such as running farms of open proxies). If they persist I'd start by getting a discussion going at WP:AN/I. — xaosflux Talk 03:35, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
- I have had the same problem with 10 other IP Address of the similar code for Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and had them blocked permanently. There seems to be a continuous deletion campaign going on here.Wiki Raja 03:40, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
- These IP's appear to be dynmaic, and from a pool of 65,000, blocked 40 more isn't going to fix anything, and I'm not about to block 65,000 anons over this. But if it's persitant please start a thread at WP:AN/I. — xaosflux Talk 03:58, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

Stop spamming
Please stop spamming talk pages and user pages. You have posted the same message multiple times in multiple talk pages and user pages which is absolutely unnecessary and can be considered spamming. Moreover discussions going on in talk pages have nothing to do with blocking of an IP. Thanks, Gnanapiti 22:08, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry, this is not spamming, or sockpuppeting. Some people like to make that a career. I don't. Wiki Raja 22:12, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
Chola dynasty
The Chola dynasty article is a featured article. Any change to it must be discussed and agreed before it is actually made. The article covers the history of the dynasty rather than the empire. The empire lasted relatively a very short period (about 200 years) during over 800 years of the dynasty. Parthi talk/contribs 05:42, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

Just curious why you separated the Dravidian project template from the other projects in the Talk:Kalarippayattu page. The whole idea is to deal with multiple projects neatly.Peter Rehse 07:36, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
RfC on Indian Mathematics
I thought you might be interested (at your convenience). Talk:Indian_mathematics#Request_for_comment:Indian_Mathematics Feedback is requested for a problem on the Indian mathematics page. The issue is disagreement between two users on whether entire versions should be reverted or better citations pointed out and procured on demand. Freedom skies| talk 11:10, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
WikiProject Dravidian Civilization..
Well, my knowledge about the subject is limited, but I can surely contribute with copy-editing and Wikifying. Also, I can link to the Tamil WP, and try my hand at translation too. Am joining the Project, but I have one question - my contributions might be intermittent. Is that okay? --Madhu 16:38, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

Indian mathematics
Greetings, I was involved in the RfC in Indian mathematics. My efforts were directed towards creating a version such as this one, as compared to the this, this and this version. My efforts initially began with removing misrepresentation of quotaions and then I tried providing some of the "citations needed" tags with actual citations. The situation resulted into an RfC, timed during my examinations, to which I could admittedly, not work on adequately. Fowler&fowler has asked me to work with him but since I am sitting my examinations and the article has been edited extensively since the RfC by other editors I no longer can keep up the pace. My exams will continue and after that I will be leaving, taking a few days off WP. I have reviewed my future with the Indian mathematics article, and have come to the conclusion that since I am under time constraints and am under such pressure in real life that adequate responses or editing actions on "Indian mathematics" are just not possible for me right now. I can't contribute to it in the manner that I usually would; it would be unethical to the extreme to ask the other editors, who have wished me well during my examination, to wait. The article is under the watch of many good editors and I see and hope that it's quality benefits from the present situation. Many regards, Freedom skies| talk 02:03, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
No personal attacks. You've been warned.
Your mischevous insinuation in your edit summaries here and here is a personal attack. Stop it now.
Please stop. If you continue to make personal attacks on other people, you will be blocked for disruption. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Thank you.

Vandalism Warning
Please do not add unhelpful and non-constructive information to Wikipedia, as you did to Yakshagana. Your edits could be considered vandalism, and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Gnanapiti 20:05, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
- I do not understand what you consider vandalism. Do you have something against gays? In Yakshagana, there are men who dress and paint themselves as women. This also constitutes to cross-dressing which is also practiced by men and women. Also, LGBT does not only denote only to Gays, but to Lesbians, Bis, and Trans. If you want to make an issue out of this, then I recommend you to bring this up to the LGBT community on Wikipedia. Please show tollerance to not only other ethnicities and religions, but to peoples genders too. Thank you. Wiki Raja 00:15, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not entitled to answer your nonsense. Please assume good faith and focus on constructive contributions. Thanks Gnanapiti 04:15, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
- So you think the gay and lesbian community is nonsense? Please assume good faith and focus on not accusing others of vandalism just because homophobia is a growing disease on the Yakshagana page. Wiki Raja 06:12, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

Greetings, I have noticed you are cross-posting solicitations of your opinions on a certain CfD discussion. Please note that such partisan canvassing is not considered acceptable. Please read the page I linked, and especially its "if you have canvassed" section. –mysid☎ 09:09, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
Votestacking
It's been observed that you are involved in Votestacking and Campaigning in multiple user pages regarding CFD on categories Tamil Americans and Keralite Americans. Please keep in mind that such actions shall not be tolerated and are against Wikipedia policies. Gnanapiti 15:38, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

- I have reverted your calls to ask people to vote one way. And do not attack other users, and do not disrupt wikipedia. Consider yourself warned. The next time you will be blocked. - Aksi_great (talk) 18:30, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
Personal Attack
Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. This is your last warning. Further attacks will be reported. Sfacets 02:16, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- This may sound weird, but thanks for the warning. I will keep that in mind. Also, if you could help me out with another user who is engaged in personal attacks against me, I would appreciate it. Wiki Raja 06:17, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

Gnanapiti and Sarvagnya
I see that you have been continuing your campaign of accusing Sarvagnya and Gnanapiti of sockpuppetry. So I am posting this message to clear up the issue once and for all. It was shown by checkuser that S and G were both editing from the same IP. Now a checkuser is only capable of telling us whether two users are editing from the same IP. The interpretation of those results is left to admins. At that time, G was blocked pending further investigation. After exchanging some mails with S and G both, I came to a conclusion that they were not the same person. G was introduced to wikipedia by S and it is possible that they were engaged in some meatpuppetry. But it is also to be noted that they were involved in a dispute against a user who was editing disruptively and has since left wikipedia. After being blocked for around 12 days, Dmcdevit, Blnguyen and I decided to unblock G as it was shown by checkuser that he was in a geographically different location. At the time of unblocking a restriction was put on them not to vote together and edit the same articles. Many months have passed since then, and we felt that the two users were not here to disrupt wikipedia. After a discussion here all restrictions against them have been lifted. I want you to stop accusing them of sockpuppetry. As User:KNM says here, any further allegations by you without any new evidence will be considered as personal attack on those users and you may be blocked. - Aksi_great (talk) 08:15, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- Without getting blocked, may I please ask you a sincere question? Wiki Raja 08:31, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- Yes. And next time, do ask the question without asking. If the question is relevant, I will answer it. - Aksi_great (talk) 08:35, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- But you will have to promise me not abuse your power by blocking me if I ask. Wiki Raja 08:37, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- I do not promise anything. The blocking policy clearly defines where I should block and where I should not. Now if you have a question to ask, do ask it without wasting any more time. - Aksi_great (talk) 08:40, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- What are you in a hurry for? Wiki Raja 08:43, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

- Ok, I thought that you guys had removed the block on Sarvagnya and Gnanapiti under the conditions that they both do not use both user names to vote, or at least edit the same articles. However, they have continued to edit the same articles here after your guys warning. Can you please explain this to me? Thank you. Wiki Raja 08:56, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

- (reset indent) Ok, I'll explain it. A restriction was put by Dmcdevit on them not to edit the same articles. I think Dmcdevit meant that they should not use their accounts to make the same type of edits in the same articles with a view to evade 3RR. Looking at your diffs, I cannot find any instance where they have tried to evade 3RR, or vote the same way in such a way that it affects the outcome of the vote. As Sarvagnya has explained, it is quite impossible for both of them to totally not edit the same articles, as both of them come from the same geographical background. Taking that and the fact that they have not been causing any harm to wikipedia, the restriction on them has been lifted. - Aksi_great (talk) 09:12, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- Can you please take off this bogus warning from Sarvagnya from my page?Wiki Raja 09:14, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
