Hi,
Thanks for the welcome. I am in the midst of an ongoing discussion with another wikipedia editor, Cullen. It seems that he is telling me that I cannot contribute to wikipedia on the basis of books I have written. Is this the case? If so, I will have to withdraw.
I am quite willing to cite other authors where relevant but my own work is generally more recent and more informative. Furthermore, there are relevant facts that I have dug up that cannot be referenced in other works.
Preventing authors from contributing to wikipedia on the basis of their own work seems to me to be a prescription for entries that are incorrect and not up to date.
