Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Thank you for your comments.  My affiliation is as follows :
Prof. V.Lakshminarayanan,
Senior Professor ( Retired)
Raman Research Institute,
Bangalore 560080 , India
I affirm that there is no conflict of interest in my case with subject of the article. I am a retired scientist from a different Institution (  Raman Research Institute, Bangalore). The subject of the article is Dr S.R.Rajagopalan who belongs to another organization ( National Aerospace lab, Bangalore ) and presently living and  is 93 years old.  I feel that his contributions to Science and Technology in the country should be recorded in Wikipedia.  This is neither promotional nor an advertisement for him. I find that there are articles of similar personalities and contribution are already available in Wikipedia
I feel it is appropriate to publish in Wikipedia  and hence this attempt on my part.
If you have any further queries, do let me know. Narayanvl (talk) 17:07, 18 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
