Reminder re copying within Wikipedia (on page Henri, Count of Chambord)
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from one or more pages into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. Calliopejen1 (talk) 18:52, 16 May 2017 (UTC)
Lao monarchy family tree moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Lao monarchy family tree, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Lusignan coat of arms
[edit]Hi Kolomaznik I noticed that the Lusignan family have coat of arms that are not of excellent quality and certainly less beautiful than those you are capable of doing. could you make them more beautiful, as they usually come to you?
Of this you should, if you can of course, also make a version with the cardinal insignia for Hugues and Lancelot de Lusignan — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.20.20.244 (talk) 14:55, 23 October 2020 (UTC) thank you
when you read this message could you let me know? I just need to write to me below that you have read it. thank you — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.20.20.244 (talk) 15:52, 26 October 2020 (UTC)

- Same answer posted on the user's talksite:
- Hello, I just read you request. It should be no problem but:
- 1. Arms of cardinal Hughes of Lusignan, if arms on this site are correct one then I can do it without problem.
- 2. About other Lusignan arms, excuse me but you have to be more specific. Don't be afraid to write more sentences/answer. Are you interested just in creating all/most of Lusignan arms on Commons in different "graphic style" or just recreating arms with bad quality (like this one)? Because there are many already made SVG files with kind of usable quality (but some with IMHO quite awfull appearance) and redoing them with another style takes a lot of time and there are probably users with better skill (and free time) for this kind of work at this moment (like Sodacan to whom you send same request I saw). This one is one of usable imho. Kolomaznik (talk) 18:35, 31 October 2020 (UTC)
thank you so much for your answer. I would have liked to have had more similar badges to this one that I find of higher quality. as you said I had tried to write to Sodocan who did not answer me, however, so I also turned to you. as regards the cardinal's coat of arms, the images you found are correct — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.20.19.79 (talk) 11:48, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
- First images done. Here are first two images. I chose those without SVG counterparts. If I'll have more time I will make them in better graphic (more Sodacanish like.. :) and maybe some of images you listed here, but most of them were already made by User:James2813, who makes his coat of arms in "sodacan style". - Kolomaznik (talk) 19:17, 3 January 2021 (UTC)
