Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Suggestions or critique for Gothic (Nox Arcana album)
Can you please be more specific about what sounds too much like an ad in the article? I tried to summarize the cd concept and describe the music without using the text from the band page. And I don't think it's nearly as flowery or promotional as the description of The Dead Matter: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack which uses phrasing like "Showcasing Edward Douglas of Midnight Syndicate's haunting, epic score to the movie," and doesn't even describe the instrumentation at all. And what is wrong with citing the All Music Guide? You removed the link. I thought that has long been a credible source, especially for genre and music credits. I welcome your comments. Thanks. Ebonyskye (talk) 10:47, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
- @Ebonyskye: I've rewritten the specific parts of the article. You can compare the before and after versions in this revision diff; also please read WP:SUBJECTIVE. About the other article: please realise that there are over 5 million articles on Wikipedia and only several tens of thousands of regular editors to check them. It's often a matter of coincidence that we spot faulty pages, so if you see flowery things, feel free to rewrite it according to the wiki policies and guidelines. By the way, I don't know anything about removing the link to the All Music Guide; are you sure you're talking about the right article? - HyperGaruda (talk) 12:08, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
I like, thanks. But I added the story element back in. It is a concept CD after all and the storyline seems relevant. Ebonyskye (talk) 20:39, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
Ebonshire and Ebonshire - Volume 2 and now Volume 3
Would it be a good idea to merge these releases onto a single page? Nox Arcana just released the 3rd EP in this Ebonshire series. I know you brought up the notability issue, so perhaps a merge of sorts might work. I might have to work with the templates to avoid breaking the timeline. I don't know of another band that has ever done a yearly "series" of albums, but to create a new page for each EP does seem redundant. I would still list the EPs separately in the main article of course. Your thoughts? Ebonyskye (talk) 07:20, 2 December 2015 (UTC)
- @Ebonyskye: I'm so sorry for replying this late; I noticed your message a few days ago, but got distracted from answering. I think it would look weird to have separate articles for some albums and combination articles for others. Either have them all separate or combine them all into a single table/list/article like "List of Nox Arcana albums". - HyperGaruda (talk) 11:02, 5 December 2015 (UTC)
Yes. I guess that would be confusing. Thanks. Ebonyskye (talk) 08:13, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for December 5
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Noha, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Nuha. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

TV Fights Box Scores and Movie Fights Box Scores pages
Is the data from these deleted pages still available for a sandbox? Or was it someone else who deleted them? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Andrewjshick (talk • contribs) 20:00, 6 December 2015 (UTC)
- @Andrewjshick: recreating the score pages on Wikipedia will not be possible, since there was clear consensus in favour of deletion. The data may be nonetheless sent to you for personal use, if requested at WP:REFUND. - HyperGaruda (talk) 20:14, 6 December 2015 (UTC)
thanks for corporation

Information
Read your comment[1], actually the accounts in question[2] (see block summary) are related to same person, who's only purpose is to come here time to time and misuse wikipedia editors by naming his accounts after them. Earliest account must have been [3], last account can be found in this SPI. D4iNa4 (talk) 13:08, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
- @D4iNa4: If I understand it correctly, this is some third party annoying several users like Xtremedood, OccultZone, Aceticrpose, and FreeatlastChitchat? Thanks for mentioning! - HyperGaruda (talk) 16:19, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
A technical group for dispute resolution
Hi, There are many Islamic-related articles which may become controversial between Muslims and non-Muslims or different Islamic Madhabs. Following our succesful attempts to improve the lead of Ali and current effort in Taqiya, I suggest forming a "technical group for dispute resolution" in WP:Islam. I hope this effort pave the road to solve more severe controversies such as Islamic terrorism.--Seyyed(t-c) 07:26, 26 December 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Seyyed and thanks for inviting me. I took some time to think about how your proposal would relate to WP:CONTENTDISPUTE. Such an Islam-specific DR group might seem biased, especially to non-Muslims. What value would such a group have over the regular unbiased dispute resolution noticeboard and subject-specific help requested at WP:ISLAM's talk page?
- I think the Islam-DR group should be more like an advisory council with extensive knowledge of both Islam AND Wikipedia's rules. Something like an elite/veteran version of Wikipedia:WikiProject Islam/Members and Wikipedia:WikiProject Islam/Expert Wikipedians in Islamic issues with certain membership requirements (e.g. account age, amount of edits, edit frequency/activity). - HyperGaruda (talk) 09:20, 27 December 2015 (UTC)
- I do not want to restrict it to Muslim users. We welcome every user who want to participate. This group includes several users who are aware of Islamic issues and prohibit sectarian or islamic/anti-islamic propaganda. I hope it will be useful due to the fact that there are some controversial issues and some biased wikipedians. I agree with you about Islam-DR group should be more like an advisory council with extensive knowledge of both Islam AND Wikipedia's rules. Something like an elite/veteran version of Wikipedia:WikiProject Islam/Members and Wikipedia:WikiProject Islam/Expert Wikipedians in Islamic issues. However, it is not easy to exclude any wikipedian, and if so, we should discuss about membership requirements.--Seyyed(t-c) 15:18, 28 December 2015 (UTC)
