Speedy deletion nomination of Tim (Brainpop))
[edit]A tag has been placed on Tim (Brainpop)) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Edits
[edit]You're obviously new here so I thought you should take a few pointers. First of all, if you create an article, please put text and sources in it. The Tim article had only an infobox and no text whatsoever, leaving everyone totally confused as to what it was supposed to be about. You also created an article on someone else's userpage, and didn't even add any sources. Claiming that someone has been involved in a crime without backing it up with sources is very bad. You know how things spread on the Internet.
If you need any more help, please ask me. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Many otters • One bat • One hammer) 00:39, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

This is the final warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you remove the maintenance templates from Wikipedia articles, as you did to User:George Sterner, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Advice: Please do not remove maintenance tags like the Sockpuppet one you substituted material for.--Morenooso (talk) 22:32, 5 March 2010 (UTC)
Please avoid duplicating photos
[edit]Your most recent edit to the Oprah article[1]removed a photo from the intro only to replace it with a photo that is already in the article. Why would you add a photo to the article that is already in the article causing the same photo to appear twice? SamanthaG (talk) 23:16, 5 March 2010 (UTC)
File source problem with File:U.S. Marine Corps.png
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:U.S. Marine Corps.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. If the image is copyrighted and non-free, the image will be deleted 48 hours after 20:39, 23 August 2010 (UTC) per speedy deletion criterion F7. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 20:39, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
