Hey, a fellow AoD'er. Cool. :) I'm just here to correct minor mistakes at the moment, though I may write some articles if I can get used to things. Particularly if Magic User's Club stays article-less... EmperorBrandon 18:41, 10 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Next step in Tenchi Muyo!

[edit]

I have created a new topic on the talk page of Tenchi Muyo! feel free to add your comments so we can talk about what to do about development. --Adv193

Thanks

[edit]

Thanks for helping me with adding in minor characters. But there are two things I need to address to you. 1. I helped finish the Tenchi Universe section and also added in two more entries. 2. Another user made a submission in the Pretty Sammy talk page that I think you should see as it had to do with your work. --Adv193

  • One of the major reasons why I wanted to started working on minor characters on the series pages was to a. Help keep the Tenchi Muyo Template for expanding too far. b. avoid making too many new articles, and c. to make a proper voice cast list. One way I was thinking of addressing this current Pretty Sammy problem is to either a. Put your Love Love monster idea on a seperate page. b. trim down the Pretty Sammy article, by getting rid of the technical information from all character pages that have it. d. Make a seperate Pretty Sammy Template with Pixy Misa, Ramia, Rumiya and all the other major characters on their own page, independant from the Tenchi Muyo article but still have all the series if we were to make a Pretty Sammy template.

So let us think about it, I've already gotten a good start by cutting down the Overview section and am right now working on the character article in that example. --Adv193

  • After looking at your recent update I can say the best course of action I can think of for now is to complete the rest of the Tv series character bio's and just put the Love Love monster information on a seperate page. With the remaining tv series character bios it shouldn't be too hard to write something short and sweet or we can use what you just submitted to me --Adv193
  • One last thing before have to go for the moment. If you decide to make the template we can indeed keep the minor character info on the main page and just put all the more imediate characters on seperate pages. --Adv193

Pretty Sammy

[edit]
  • Yeah I agree about the picture idea for Ryo-ohki and I am sure we can try to do a decent job with Pretty Sammy template idea since with size problem an issue we can work together and solve it and with the Tenchi Universe minor character part done I can work with Tenchi in Tokyo. Anyway I have been looking over template and I can say is that if we need to use it, other than adding the other Tenchi Muyo series links somewhere, it should still have Sasami, Tsunami, and Ryo-ohki's names on it as they are part of the series and the links for them will connect to the Pretty Sammy versions of their articles, rather than the top. Remember using a template is one idea which why I pointed out alternatives earlier so there can be more than one option on dealing with the size problem with the Pretty Sammy page. I know this will be rough but I am sure we can find a way out. --Adv193
  • I did some overnight thinking and I can say there might not be enough pages to start a new template. If we don't go with the template we can instead write the Pretty Sammy list of minor characters and move the entries with the exception of Sasami's classmates and family. As well as write the Love Love Monsters section either as part of the page or in it's own article and if you don't have time to write the Love Love Monster descriptions I can watch my Dvds and observe the battles and write it down. Anyhow I will leave the remaining Pretty Sammy character descriptions to you and I will find some time to complete the remaining Tenchi in Tokyo articles, since I know many at the back of my mind and work on a few more GXP articles. --Adv193
  • Sure we will try it your way and see how effective it is with the minor character list since more names could be transfered later if they need to be. Although I think that the one episode characters for the OVA series would be the first to go if there are any problems. One other matter is if you can could you add nihongo for Itsuki Masaki's profile that I put in the Tenchi Universe section. --Adv193
  • Hi I am going to get the minor characters page for the Pretty Sammy Page and I decided that I will send the OVA characters minus Chihiro Kawai and Ayeka's Henchwoman, as well as Misao's parents as well since they are noteworthy enough to be placed in Recurring Characters. --Adv193
  • My first draft is done, go and take a look at it I put the link at the top of the new Character list. This should give you to chance to put in your Love Love Monster list. --Adv193

I hereby award you the barnstar award in recognition of this edit. Congradulations. --Cool CatTalk|@ 23:13, 8 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, I got an award. Thanks. :) EmperorBrandon 23:20, 8 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
You deserve no less. I encourage you to tag along on Oh My Goddess! related articles. --Cool CatTalk|@ 07:47, 9 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
My experience with Oh My Goddess! is somewhat limited, having only seen the OVA's and Movie. I do have some voice actor stuff to add, though. EmperorBrandon 15:07, 9 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cardcaptor Sakura

[edit]

Hey, just writing some thanks for your contributions to the CCS articles, especially with the recent categorizing. I still think your adding the kanji for the Clow Cards is really cool. It's a good idea to reference the Japanese page every once in a while. I got Maki's name in kanji from there (and yeah she never actually married the guy, according to her, so she wouldn't be a widow ^_^). I'm looking next to writing articles for all 70 episodes, so back me up on those once they get up. Thanks! --Crisu 04:24, 16 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yep, that was a mess-up on my part that I caught (and made sure to check my DVD to double-check).
As for the Clow Card kanji, I wasn't sure exactly how to do it at first, but since they're all one character (except for Hope), it turned out looking really nice in the headings if placed with a space before the English name.
Whoa, articles on the episodes? That's going to be quite an undertaking. I'll supplement if I have the time. EmperorBrandon 04:33, 16 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I guess for now I won't be, since not everyone agrees on it, heh. But that's okay; there's plenty of other work to do. --Crisu

New question. Someone reported that the kanji for The Song on the main Clow Card article was erratic somehow and caused its entry in the alphabetical and captured lists to appear blank. In the history you can see where he played around with it, removing it and substituting in other kanji (he details a little on my Talk page). But I'm viewing it just fine, so I wonder if there's different encoding involved that we can't see? I can't figure it out, and so far I've asked him to check the page on a different computer/browser to see if he's getting the same result. If you have time to poke into it, thanks. ^^ --Crisu 22:12, 11 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Barnsakura

[edit]
I award you this Barnsakura for your sterling work creating Seiyuu stubs. Shiroi Hane 19:01, 18 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, that looks really cool. Creating those seiyuu stubs definitely takes up quite a bit of time (have to do a lot of research to try and pick out notable roles), so it is greatly appreciated. I probably could do more with them if my knowledge of Japanese were more proficient, but I think they serve as a good starting part, particularly for providing internal links for anime series that have cast information listed. EmperorBrandon 20:57, 18 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tenchi Muyo!

[edit]

Hi, it has been awhile since I last contacted you. Anyway I have completed the Pretty Sammy minor character list and I have also started a draft for minor characters in the Tenchi Muyo! (OVA) page and I would appreciate the help with the nihongo and the cast list as well. One other thing I have also noticed is there is no cast list information for any of the Pretty Sammy Love-Love Monsters either. -Adv193 04:22, 3 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sure thing, I'll get around to adding that information when I have the time (which will probably be soon) EmperorBrandon 04:43, 3 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

New Tenchi Muyo workings

[edit]

Yeah, I approve and don't see a problem with it as long as it is constructive. Anyway I was also thinking that Seriyo Tennan would be a good canidate to create a new character article with since his bio is so overflowing that his OVA and GXP info is kept seperate. -Adv193 04:35, 1 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yo Papacha has created the pages for the other Tenchi Muyo! movies so I just wanted to let you know. -Adv193 20:37, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Aye. It's barebones, but it's something at the very least. I guess I'll be needing to craft one for the Mihoshi Special as well, but I'm clawing like a cat caught in a circular fan procratinatin' on Okuda's manga. Not out of hate, but because I'm gonna be frightfully obsessive about it, and OH MY SHWEET LAWD it's going to take a long time.
And if I ever have to do write-ups for the extended novel/doujinshi/video game characters I will DIE. Right there, on the spot. Papacha 21:32, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hey yo ~~

[edit]

I recognize you from beneath the rock I hide under when lurking in various forums, particularly AnimeOnDVD. I've been doing a lot of work lately adding pictures, fiddling with templates, and doing general maintenance and improvements on Tenchi Muyo! articles, mostly characters in order of need or preference on out. So far Kagato and Yuzuha have gotten a complete makeover, I'd appreciate any feedback or notes for improvements.

Unfortunately (or not?) I won't be able to do the same for Ramia or Pixy Misa, as it seems you've already got the two darn well covered. Mostly now though I'm concerned with - yet skillfully putting off - creating pages for the first and second TM! movies, and eventually Okuda's mangas. A shame, really...

And lastly, big, big ups for your work on Pretty Sammy, basically conjuring up pages for Magic Users' Club and tons of voice actors & seiyuu from scratch, and adding translations to anime articles in legion. I'd imagine not too many people tell you how appreciated your contributions truly are.

Take care. Papacha 20:38, 31 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yusuke Numata

[edit]

Yusuke Numata is a seiyu. Doesn't he have a common form of a name that is NOT macronned?

If so - the MOS says to use THAT name instead of the macronned name. WhisperToMe 17:34, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Here is what the MOS says about choosing a name:

"Macron usage in the name of a modern figure should adhere to the following, in order of preference:

      1. Use the official trade name if available in English/Latin alphabet;
      2. Use the form found in a dictionary entry from a generally-accepted English dictionary;
      3. Use the form publicly used on behalf of the person in the English-speaking world;
      4. Use the form publicly used on behalf of the person in any other popular Latin-alphabet-using language (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, and Dutch, or variations); or
      5. If none of the above is available, use the macronned form.

"

If the seiyu's official name includes a macron, include a macron. If the seiyu's name does not, do not. Also, if different companies or news agencies use other romanizations, mention them in the article.

E.G. most officials (including the Japanese government) call Chieko Nohno by that name. But some newspapers render her name as "Chieko Noono", so that note is included there. WhisperToMe 17:58, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

" + :Does the search tag on the talent agency I mentioned above count as an "official trade name"?"

It should, and this should be mentioned. However, father and son do not have to have their names romanized in the same way. For instance, Osamu Tezuka's son spells his name "Macoto Tezka". WhisperToMe 18:40, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tesshō Genda cleanup

[edit]

Yeah, I was confused by the cleanup tag on Tesshō Genda as well, and I removed it because the person who put it there didn't bother indicating why it needed cleanup. Sorry to confuse you by removing it. (^_^) ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 21:12, 5 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Heh, no problem. I definitely agree that the cleanup tag wasn't necessary. --EmperorBrandon 21:31, 5 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Including Sabato in TMiL

[edit]

I'm not sure if Sabato relocating to Tenchi Muyo! in Love is for the best. True, he's exclusive to the one movie, but doing so keeps him from being found on the greater template under Tenchi Universe. And I'm loathe to give TMiL a single place under Miscellaneous. The only other options I can see is giving him his own page (>_>) or doing a direct link off what's given on TMiL and including it in "Others" (which would segregate it in format from all the other individual entries in that cat).

I'm for giving short synops & links to characters more prominently featured (Achika/Kain) either way on TMiL if this is the way it's done, but what'cha think of our predicament? Papacha 23:42, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't really think Sabato should be on the Tenchi Universe page at all, because he's not in the series. Sure, it's in the same continuity, but it's still an off-place to put him. People who want info about the movie would be looking at information on the movie entry. I'm not going to be really picky about it, though, so I will let you all decide on the way you want to do it. --EmperorBrandon 02:57, 7 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

TM! articles ~~

[edit]

I've been hammerin' out profiles and information on Okuda's manga over the last couple of days when I get a spot of free time (SLEEP NWAO <_>), so keep this and mind when I ask, but - do you think more "major" character pages should be created, or that barebones articles and profiles (for instance, Dr. Clay) should be expanded first? I'm reposting this with several editors as Tenchi Muyo! discussion doesn't get that much traffic.

Feedback and a soft pillow would be appreciated. Papacha 19:48, 14 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tenchi Muyo article change

[edit]

As you may have noticed the TheFarix has been making changes to the Tenchi series pages by eliminating subsections as per the rules and has also modified your voice actor contributions. The reason why I am letting you know is to give you the heads up and that if you are still intending to deal with the modifying the remaining voice actor links to the characters profiles in Pretty Sammy and Tenchi Muyo! GXP, I thought that you should look at your Love-Love Monster contributations and see the changes I had made that would keep it up to par with the other changes made to the voice actor information in Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki, Tenchi Universe, and Tenchi in Tokyo pages and also on the Tenchi in Tokyo page is the data on how to use to add English voice actor info an the anime voice actor tag that you should see in the Love-Love Monster section. -Adv193 17:56, 17 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, I'll keep it consistent. Just haven't gotten around to doing GXP and Sammy yet. --EmperorBrandon 05:02, 18 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yu Yu Hakusho

[edit]

Just to fill you in on whats happening I am just trying to help deal with an edit made to the cast list on the Yu Yu Hakusho: Poltergeist Report page and not trying to revert it until this dispute is settled. Anyway thank you for your offer on helping and you can do the voice samples if you want. Anyway I conducted my own voice actor research on my DVD and verified that the Keiko Yukimura voice sounds deeper than Yukina and Botans voices (Also both of their voices sound light and are just the same). Thats all I have to say for now. -Adv193 07:05, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

TM! Okuda characters and more! I'm excited, aren't you? >_> ~~

[edit]

A quick thanks for adding the original kanji to the respective articles; it's a nice touch, and more then that brings them in line with the other TM! pages. I'd like to ask some favors if I can.

I'll be adding a plethora (once you've seen ¡Three Amigos! you'll never turn back ^_^) of articles for Okuda-verse characters over the next few days:

  1. Asashi Takebe
  2. Dark Washu (w/ "Tama" as a sub-section)
  3. Garyu
  4. Gohgei
  5. Ibara
  6. Kazuma Kagato (w/ "Mr. Kagato" thrown in for good measure)
  7. Mitsu
  8. Sara
  9. The Shima Brothers (Hishima/Mushima/Takashima)
  10. Yae Asakuchi
  11. Yume

I'm thinkin' about "Doggie" too, but I'm a-thinkin' that one would probably be shot down. Also - I'll get around to that nasty business of actually *creating* the articles for the manga (no, really, no joke!), with the minor players for all given a place like List of Pretty Sammy minor characters to sit.

Here's where the begging comes in...

Would you be good enough to add the nihongo template to each one when they're completed? I'd be sincerely thankful for it; like I said I'm helpless when it comes to giving the original Japanese unless I glean it from an outside source. Once these are out of the way I want to put some wotk into proving the existing articles

Last thing -- I recently added info on Evil Kiyone's appearance. Does she have something official that could go there or does "EK" originate from fanon?

Thanks for all your diligence into improving Wikipedia. The good ones get lost sometimes between the frequent vandals and trolling accounts we stumble across. Papacha 23:02, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Pretty Sammy

[edit]

Recently DuoDeathscyther 02 has created a seperate subpage that seperates the Pretty Sammy Tv series info (Magical Project S) from the OVA's. However the new page lacks a picture and although I was thinking of moving the old picture from the Pretty Sammy page since it is the first Dvd for Magical Project S and it has that written on it. What I was thinking was letting DuoDeathscyther 02 know about this and he suggested that I let you know about this. I was thinking of a picture that represents the Pretty Sammy OVA's like the DVD or that show's title screen. I on the other hand don't have the skill to upload a picture. -Adv193 16:26, 26 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think having a separate page is good, since they are a good many differences between the two series. As for the picture, if you find one, I think I can upload it for you (just give me the link). I may see if I can find one myself. A good picture would probably be the one from the Pioneer DVD cover (without the Mihoshi Special split half) that has Sammy, Misa, Ryo-Ohki, and Rumiya (have a wall scroll in my room of that same image actually). --EmperorBrandon 19:08, 26 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

One site I found is http://www.angelfire.com/anime2/prettysamy/images.html and one disclaimer that I found is that it is okay to use anywhere as you were to link it back to that site and give that person the credit which can be found on the bottom of the page. However one slight issue that occured before is that for the anime series Gundam Wing, although the sites were listed the pictures were never given legal disclaimers and were deleted. However I looked around and it seems that picture you mentioned is there. -Adv193 05:06, 27 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I added that picture. Does it look good enough? I tagged it as a video tape cover, though I think it's actually a laserdisc cover. Shouldn't really matter, though... --EmperorBrandon 18:10, 27 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah looks like it will work and I'll hope that nothing happens to it and anyway I checked Amazon.com and confirmed it's the same image as one of the VHS covers so it should help things on proving it's a VHS cover. -Adv193 18:21, 27 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Voice actor data on Oh My Goddess! chars

[edit]

Don't stop keep up the good work. :)

BTW have you started watching the series? You told me you only watched the ovas and IIRC the movie too.

If so feel free to contribute to the articles, else still contribute to them using that knowlege. :)

--Cat out 02:14, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm still not planning on trying out the TV series at this point, though I may change my mind. By the way, it seems Gara Takashima does voice Hild in the second TV series, going by Japanese Wikipedia. So, I'll go ahead and update that information. --EmperorBrandon 03:29, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki

[edit]

Today after picking up a Funimation release I found out that the release date for final volume of OVA 3 of Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki it will be on November 28th 2006. One other thing I would like to mention is that I am planning to confirm on which of the remaining dubbed voice actors for the remaining TM characters from GXP will be reprising their roles on OVA 3 which is the very reason why I made sure to keep their pages clear of any OVA 3 information such as what I had to do with Kari Wahlgren a few months back.

When those two volumes are released then I am intending to personally verify those characters English voices and make the appropriate changes personally if you want to do then let me know and I will comply to that. Two other things I should mention are that I am not 100% sure if Bob Papenbrook was able to complete his voice roles before he died and I am planning on checking that out especially with the third volume and second the release date for vol. 3 can also be verified on rightstuf.com. -Adv193 01:37, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, go ahead. I'm getting the volume too, and I hope the credits will be decent. I'll make sure to double-check everything. --EmperorBrandon 03:10, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I was also intending on double-checking as well so we will see what happens and I sure hope the credits are as good as what happened before with vol. 1. and I am planning on using Anime News Network again as I did last time as well as CrystalAcids.com -Adv193 04:09, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi I picked up my volume of OVA 3 today and noticed that Mihoshi is listed as being played by Becky Olkowski and that she has the same voice print as before I decided to check and confirm if Rebecca Forstadt was using an alias. Based on the results here is what I came up with Rebecca Trust Olkowski (Wikipedia) and Rebecca Fourstadt / Rebecca Olcowski / Rebecca Olkowski / Reba West / Riva West (Internet Movie Database). Based on all this it looks like might be Rebecca Forstadt after all. I would like to know your opinion on this. -Adv193 22:30, 17 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah I thought so anyway thanks for your opinion, I didn't want to post this beforehand without talking about with you first. -Adv193 23:38, 17 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Anyway now that I extracted the voice actor information I updated as many TM pages and as I could and altough Wendee Lee was credited as the female Kagato there was no information on who portrayed her in the Japanese version I'll see if it is posted in the final volume that comes out next month. -Adv193 00:06, 18 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-ohki Final volume

[edit]

Just a little while ago I was able to pick up my final volume of Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-ohki and found there were some mistakes in the credits out of all of these mistakes I confirmed that not only that Wendee Lee is the female Kagato after doing a voice check with Episode 19 but she was miscredited as the voice of Kiyone Masaki who had no lines also Tennyo's seiyuu was credited as Kiyones voice for this despite Kiyone not having any lines in the Japanese version as well. Do you think that she might be the female Kagato's seiyuu. I could really use your help to confirm this. -Adv193 05:13, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't have the final volume yet. I'll get back to you when I do, and I have had a chance to watch it. Sorry about that. --EmperorBrandon 05:21, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay I'll wait and just so you know now I vocally confirmed that the late Bob Pappenbrook had reprised his role as Katsuhito and Nobuyuki Masaki. -Adv193 05:32, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Ellen Gerstell, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. Anchors?

[edit]

I just saw your recent edit to List of characters relating to Haruhi Suzumiya where you included the <span id="character name"></span> code into the page, but I could not see any change to the page's configuration. I'm not saying what you did was wrong or that it should be removed. I would just like to know more about these "anchors" as you called them for future reference.--() 21:55, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Oh wow, thanks for the information. I can't wait to use this on other articles that needs these things. :) --() 07:26, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A new Tenchi Muyo! situation

[edit]

A problem that you should know is that there had been some issues with the Tenchi Muyo! Voice cast category as it had already had been nominated for deletion. Once you read up on The CFD info which the link should be on the Category then I will like to hear your opinion on the best course of action for this matter. -Adv193 03:19, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Yeah that should work and I have few ideas to help

a. For minor characters/second actor we should also list which episode/series that they appeared in, which should help abit with article quality. b. Either we list it by English or Japanese cast and make it a simlar cast section to the others or we could add series subsections to those cast sections either with the Tenchi Muyo! series (together or splitting the three series into a seperate sections), Pretty Sammy series and Tenchi GXP! series seperate (with the movie cast in the Tenchi Muyo! section or in it's own subsection.)

One other question which is important is where in the template would this new template should be put. -Adv193 14:11, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

One final thing to talk about before the voice cast category is disassembled is that it will be broken up into two categories with Japanese cast at the top followed by the English cast at the bottom and other language cast members below it and it will be done alphabetically and only the minor characters will be given episode number specified with the series and the only original and replacement voice actors will have multiple series listed if appictable. I can get the page started and branded to Miscellaneous and you can copyedit after that if you want. One last thing is that I will only wikilink to the actors who already have a page to it and not the ones that remain incomplete. So what do you think. I give you more information after you respond about cagegorizing. -Adv193 22:51, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah I know it was two sections in that article not two categories. I am going to start now by modifing the template and then using the current category to arrange the names and then either of us can then delete the voice cast category portion from the actor pages. -Adv193 03:50, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I just took care of some of the workload and saved it once I got tired. Take a look at it when you get the chance and work on any expansion of the article. Don't worry about finishing it because once I have a good nights sleep then I will get back to adding names here is a list of seiyuu who's roles I couldn't identify.

Yu Asakawa
Yui Horie
Sōichirō Hoshi
Mai Kadowaki

That is all. -Adv193 05:16, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Just a quick message but when I complete the cast names I intend for it to just be an outline and We'll talk about where to go from there. -Adv193 15:55, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Completed Japanese Cast, so you can check it and copyedit it before I get to work on the English Cast, if you need to talk to me then go to the List of Tenchi Muyo! cast members which I want to use to handle the rest of the project with so this is my last message on your talk page regarding this subject and I already have some ideas on to handle revisements. My watchlist will let me know when you post a message on the talk page. Thank You. -Adv193 19:16, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Just a small note is that I am starting the talk page right now. -Adv193 20:15, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Prejudiced, are we?

[edit]

It seems as though you're trying to discredit the Mexican voice actors just because other Mexicans are entering the U.S. of A. illegally! What the #$%& (pardon my language) is wrong with you? --Ryanasaurus0077 19:22, 31 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not prejudiced against Mexicans at all. I don't know how you would arrive at an assumption like that just because I was doubting your information. Make sure you provide a source so that I know that it is not made-up information. --EmperorBrandon 19:44, 31 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image:Ai_Shimizu.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Ai_Shimizu.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. MER-C 10:17, 8 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Various picture deletions on Tenchi Muyo! pages

[edit]

Most of the Pictures used in the infoboxes at the top of the Tenchi pages aside from the main page, the Sasami:Mahou Shoujo Club page and the pages for the three movies have been deleted. I thought I should give you the heads up on this situation. -Adv193 05:16, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Need some professional expertise

[edit]

I am going to be working on completing the English actor for Tenchi Muyo on the cast list page and I have a very serious question for you. Do you know if Phil Fox was just the voice of Kamidake for OVA 1 or did Mark Tracy replace him for OVA 2 and I am also well aware that Mark Tracy did do Kamidakes voice for Tenchi Universe. -Adv193 02:00, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

All right I'll just add in the present information at best and avoid the speculation. Although OVA episode 13 is the only episode of OVA 2 that has a voice sample is too difficult to use without anything sufficient to back it up. -Adv193 05:58, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Anyway the cast list is now completed and alphabetized if you have any ideas for improvement let me know. -Adv193 20:47, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:Carol-Anne Day.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, fair use media which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if not used in an article), per our Fair Use policy. Speedy deletion of Misty Daniels

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Misty Daniels requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Sora Naegino.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Sora Naegino.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 07:33, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:Oavsammy3.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Unreferenced BLPs

Hello EmperorBrandon! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 11 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. Orphaned non-free image File:Sora Naegino.jpg

[edit]
⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Sora Naegino.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. The article Riku Moriyama has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Long-term unreferenced biography of a living person. No reliable sources found. More detail but no usable sources at ja.wikipedia or ko.wikipedia. Fails the notability guidelines for creatives.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Plad2 (talk) 08:38, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on John Smallberries requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
