While reliable sources refer to the Agency, they do so in passing and in discussion of the activities of the ICRC as the principal organisation. The subject fails WP:GNG. Some of this content is not appropriate for Wikipedia, such as the discussion of a Renée-Marguerite Frick-Cramer (WP:OR). Some of the content, as well as being not notable enough for an independent article, risks reading more like newspaper coverage of the events in which the Agency were involved, which is not the purpose of Wikipedia (WP:NOTNEWS).
