Tags on Lemon cancer
[edit]Please leave the tags in place on the Lemon cancer article until the problems have been corrected. They alert other editors to the problems so they can assist.
The two problems I see with the article are:
- Notability: The significance of the book is not made clear, especially since it is by a non-notable author (there is no article on Lawrence).
- Unreferenced: The article does not cite any reliable sources about the book. Preferably, these should be independent, such as reviews of the book and newspaper or magazine stories about it.
Again, leave the tags in place until the problems are corrected. Thank you. —C.Fred (talk) 04:43, 30 November 2009 (UTC)
The article Lemon cancer has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Non-notable book. Appears to fail WP:NOTBK.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ttonyb (talk) 04:44, 30 November 2009 (UTC)

- If you wish to contest the prod, please remove just that tag and leave the {{Article issues}} one in place. By removing both, it is unclear whether you are contesting the prod or disrupting the article by removing valid tags. —C.Fred (talk) 04:52, 30 November 2009 (UTC)
