A tag has been placed on Matko Djarmati requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Erjon Rizvanolli. Our verifiability policy requires that all content be cited to a reliable source. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:13, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. An unreferenced article you recently created does not comply with Wikipedia's policy regarding biographies of living people, so it has been moved into your user space: user:BeatRocker82/Erjon Rizvanolli. Once reliable sources have been added, it may be moved back into the article space. If reliable sources are not added in a reasonable amount of time, the page may be deleted. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me on my talk page. Thanks! --MZMcBride (talk) 03:48, 19 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

New footballer articles

[edit]

Hello BeatRocker82. I noticed that you have been creating new articles about footballers, and while I appreciate your efforts to expand Wikipedia's coverage of football, I wanted to give you some advice. All new articles about living people must have references so the information can be verified. If you are writing the article, you probably are using some type of source (e.g., fifa.com, 1hnl.net, nogometni-magazin.com, playerhistory.com, etc.) so please add it when you write the article. If you don't add at least one reference, the article may be deleted. Please see how I added a reference to Matko Djarmati for an example. Best regards. Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello BeatRocker82! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 2 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 0 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Jorgo Çipi - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  2. Marijan Tomašić - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Edin Ferizovic. Our verifiability policy requires that all content be cited to a reliable source. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:10, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Jamie Phoenix has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. I have nominated Jamie Phoenix, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jamie Phoenix. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. -- Jeandré, 2010-08-29t14:07z 14:07, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Ahmed Mujdragić has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article about a footballer who fails WP:GNG and who has not played in a fully pro league.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Sir Sputnik (talk) 19:55, 17 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
