Unconstructive editing

Hi there, these edits are not constructive. You took a cast section that was more or less consistent with WP:TVCAST, since the cast members were organised (roughly) per their introduction into the series, with new members at the bottom, and rearranged them in a way that makes no obvious sense, nor is it any longer consistent with WP:TVCAST. Your edits have been reverted. Seek consensus on the article's talk page for the changes you want prior to resubmitting this problematic content again. Thank you. These changes are also unexplained and don't appear to be made with any clear rationale that an academically-interested community would be aware of. I'll also point out that it looks to me like you moved Shikha Singh as Alia Prem Mehra down from Main to Recurring, which suggests that you don't think Singh played a main role, yet the majority of the second paragraph of the 20 years later section seems to be interested in what Alia and Purab are doing. I don't know how you decided who is or isn't a Main character, but the changes don't seem to be consistent with the focus we've placed on some of the recurring characters, since superficially, they seem like potentially main characters. Sorry But She Is Not A Main Character After 20 years Leap. The Story Mainly Revolve Around Pragya&Abhi And Their Twin Daughters Prachi&Rhea And Their Love Intrest Ranbir. Then you need to explain that in your edit summary. And also, We Do Not Write Like This in English. Additionally this edit is problematic, because it doesn't seem Pandit has started the role yet. While I am aware of this news, we don't add cast members to articles until they've appeared on the series. Note also that the way you've structured this, with:

Shikha Singh/Reyhna Pandit as Alia Prem Mehra: Abhishek's sister, Tanu's Best Friend Aryan's Mother, prachi,Kiara,and Rhea's Aunt and Purab's Khan's Wife (2014–2020)/(2020-present)

Is really not well-conceived. It's confusing, and no drive-by editor is going to understand what it means. Slashes in general are discouraged in part because they cause ambiguities and confusion, so we shouldn't be using them. See what I did here to address the issue when an actor replaces another actor in the series. Also, Avinash_1324, Wikipedia articles are about the ENTIRE show, not just current state, so a character that was previously a main character should stay in that section, because they were at one point a main character. Ravensfire (talk) 19:14, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
