I didn't confirm anything at all. I originally placed a block on this IP address, but unblocked it believing that I may have blocked a false positive and pending a deeper look at additional information. I got sidetracked with other things and Bbb23 was able to take a closer look during this time. There was obviously enough evidence found to support him placing a CheckUser block on this address; there isn't much to discuss from there.
