TFA

[edit]

Thank you for Kill 'Em All, " is Metallica's debut and the album that heralded the forthcoming thrash and extreme metal scenes. I've presented the events that preceded its creation and the atmosphere during recording. There's also the music and lyrics analysis, as well as the tour that occured after the album's release."! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:21, 25 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Jared Leto fimography

[edit]

Hi Retrohead. I was wondering if you could proofread Jared Leto filmography for featured list consideration. The review seems to have stalled and I'm afraid it will be closed for the fourth time due to lack of comments. I would appreciate the help.--Earthh (talk) 10:50, 13 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Earthh. I did the review and aside from a couple of suggestion, everything reads fine, so you have my support. Good luck with the nomination.--Retrohead (talk) 14:48, 13 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Македонско девојче

[edit]

Hey

[edit]

I don't know if you remember me, but I used to go under the name of Teh Thrasher, and we used to sometimes work together when it came to articles some years ago. You were also the person that put me in the right path, and stopped me from being a raging vandal. So, how are you doing?-Thräshstalker 21:57, 13 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, thanks for coming by. Right now I'm working more on the Macedonian Wikipedia, some articles about tomorrow's local election (here's link if interested, hope the social–democrats will win 😎). I'm about to finish university in real life, and hope to return here to improve some of metal's classic albums (The Black Album and Appetite for Destruction are obvious picks). Anyway, I'm glad you're back too, and will surely call you if I need assistance in producing more FAs. Take care.--Retrohead (talk) 09:59, 14 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Neat stuff, and I'll be more than happy to help if there's any article that needs to be boosted. Peace.-Thräshstalker 12:47, 14 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Rise Of The Damnation Army.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Rise Of The Damnation Army.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 20:38, 22 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for noticing me Stefan2, the issue was addressed. Peace.--Retrohead (talk) 11:52, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Possibility of providing your input on a Peer Review for Regine Velasquez's entry

[edit]

Hi Retrohead,

I'm writing to ask whether you would consider having a look at the article. I'm aware that you've been involved with a few PRs before. I've given it a major rewrite and complete overhaul. I began working on the article late October when it looked like this and somehow ended up rewriting the whole thing and aiming for potentially FA. This isn't a process I've been through before, but I have been reading the reviews here in preparation, and am familiar with FAC demands. I would very much appreciate a fresh set of eyes and happily address any concerns you may have.

Thanks! Pseud 14 (talk) 05:56, 7 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Pseud 14, sorry for my late response. I'm currently busy at college with few exams this month and I haven't been very active on Wikipedia this year. I hope you'll do fine with the peer review. All the best.--Retrohead (talk) 18:20, 11 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Ride the Lightning scheduled for TFA

[edit]

This is to let you know that the Ride the Lightning article has been scheduled as today's featured article for July 27, 2018. Please check the article needs no amendments. If you're interested in editing the main page text, you're welcome to do so at Wikipedia:Today's featured article/July 27, 2018, but note that a coordinator will trim the lead to around 1100 characters anyway, so you aren't obliged to do so. Bon Jovi Discography

[edit]

Can't albums that are currently being recorded to be included in a band's discography?

Kind regards, PanosBonJovi (talk) 10:23, 14 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hey PanosBonJovi, thanks for writing me. Unfortunately, the album has to have a title and release date set (for example April 12, 2019) before we can put it in the discography section. Till then it can't be there because it seems like a speculation. Cheers.--Retrohead (talk) 11:22, 15 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Robvanvee, thanks for stopping by :) :) I kind of quit editing articles here some time ago as I finished college and began working and my attention shifted to other things in life. If you need some help on articles or want to collaborate on certain project, feel free to ask. Thanks for coming around thou :) :) Retrohead (talk) 18:54, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hey Retro. Not for any reason in particular other than to ask why the one person who gave me a barnstar years ago is less visible lately. Hope life is treating you well and hopefully we'll see you active here again one day. PS, don't take work too seriously . Robvanvee 06:57, 12 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
