Terry Rogers, II
[edit]Terry Rogers, II is a American Politician & Activist born in Meridian, MS on March,9th,2004. Raised in Quitman, MS he is best known for being one of if not the youngest person in the United States History to run for a statewide office and garner the amount of votes in which he did. He was a Democratic candidate in Mississippi's 2023 election for Commissioner of Agriculture & Commerce, garnering tens of thousands of votes and gaining national attention and praise from national Democratic party officials as a potential rising star within the party. While running in the campaign Rogers most notably visited all 82 counties in the span from when he announced and the date of the August 8th Primary.
Former congressman Ronnie Shows Endorsed Rogers in a video urging voters to support him as he said "he'll have a great future ahead". Attorney Ben Crump also gave him a endorsement saying "we need Terry Rogers" in Selma, AL.
