International Hot Air Balloon Festival Pokhara

Hot-Air Balloon Festival was organised for the first time in Pokhara, Nepal, to boost tourism. Around 24 countries including the United States of America, Brazil, United Kingdom, Japan and South Korea participated in the event.
It was held from December 24, 2004, to January 1, 2025.[1][2][3] It is estimated to cost around 6.5 million[clarification needed] for the 20 to 25 ballons to be brought from different parts of the world.[4]
Participation
