However, when a reliable source compares or lists several items and assets that they are popular, well-known, notable, etc., it is a appropriate to use it in support of the notability of one of the items in the list relative to the others, because such comparison is made by an authority in the field, and it's not just a (crap) assertion of a random Wikipedian.
