Usage
[edit]Name
- For the named irregulars use the name followed by the designation e.g. Psamathe - Neptune X
- Use the provisional designation otherwise
The following parameters for the references should be defined
- ref_discovery
- appears in the Discovery header
- Suggested default <ref name="Discoverers_JPL">Discovery Circumstances [http://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/?sat_discovery (JPL)]</ref>
- ref_orb_elems
- appears in the Orbital elements header
The following parameters are optional (defaults provided)
- orb_elems_type
- appears in front of Orbital elements
- defined default Mean
- use Osculating or Best-fit when mean elements are not available
- footnote_1
- refers to the inclination
- the default is to the ecliptic; preferred for the irregulars
- use to the planet's equator if ecliptic is not available
- try to avoid to the Laplace plane as this is requires the definition of the plane
- try to avoid re-calculating the inclination
- footnote_2
- refers to the diameter
- the default is based on the albedo
