USS Dunderberg
[edit]- ... that Napoleon III, Emperor of France, bought the American ironclad Dunderberg in 1867 over the objections of his own navy, which preferred a home-built ship?

- Article expanded 5 fivefold, long enough at 25K. Neutral, well sourced. Article fully sourced. AGF on offline hook. Hook is long enough. QPQ done. Image licence seems okay, but there is no freedom of panorama in France, and I don't know if the model qualifies as an artwork. Hawkeye7 (talk) 21:06, 3 January 2013 (UTC)
- I don't know either and don't really feel like fussing over the image. As you appear to be correct about no freedom of panorama, I wish somebody would delete the vast majority of images taken in France off of Commons so people like me don't have to sweat this sort of stuff.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 03:00, 5 January 2013 (UTC)
