The article was actually a pre-existing article and thus isn't a new creation. It should have been indicated in the nomination that it was a 5x expansion, which is actually what happened.I didn't find any close paraphrasing, and QPQs have been provided. Both of the hooks are cited inline; I can't access ALT1's sources so AGF. My preference is ALT0; however, I think it could be revised slightly. The hook does say "allegedly", but the hook gives the impression that it was the only version of the events even though the article gives alternative narratives. My suggestion would be to rephrase ALT0 and change the attribution: instead of saying "allegedly", the hook could instead attribute it to "some sources". I'd also suggest saying "music score" instead of just "score" to add a little more context. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 00:45, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
- @Narutolovehinata5 This was not a five time expansion. Read the comments section. It was a redirect to an Australian football player (the original article was a short lived stub on the football player that was then redirected by its creator; that person is now covered at the dab page at Josef Weiß) I created the article on the pianist and composer from scratch.4meter4 (talk) 01:11, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
- ALT2: ... that some sources claim pianist Josef Weiss attacked conductor Gustav Mahler with his music score during a rehearsal with the New York Philharmonic (newspaper coverage pictured)?
- Sounds fair. I'm approving ALT2 and ALT1, with a preference for ALT1. The picture is okay and looks clear enough for the main page and is also in the public domain. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 12:28, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
