... that Engy Ghozlan participated in the Tahrir Square Revolution (pictured) in Cairo? - Reviewed: Template:Did you know nominations/Plagiotriptus pinivorus

- Created March 8, nom March 13/new enough. 3631 char/long enough. Neutral. Cited. No apparent copyvios. Image appears to be free to use with attribution. QPQ done. Both hooks under maximum. Main hook confirmed via citation immediately following. I'm striking the 2nd hook. Do not find in sources that she is a journalist. She conducts studies, presents results, but is not engaged by a media outlet, that I can verify. Minor tweaks for grammar to the hook. SusunW (talk) 14:54, 23 March 2016 (UTC)
- I've made an ALT hook as the prose of the first is such a mess. Gareth E. Kegg (talk) 22:58, 23 March 2016 (UTC)
- Nvvchar I don't think any of current hooks are interesting enough for DYK. Millions of people were involved in the revolution. Additionally, it's fairly normal for events in the 21st century to have some presence on Facebook. Is there anything interesting to say about her? Jolly Ω Janner 08:43, 27 March 2016 (UTC)
- I agree with User:Jolly Janner. I copyedited the article and also added information from the source. The only thing I can't verify is that she headed the ECWR beginning in 2005; it's not in the citation given (footnote 1). I suggest this alt:
- ALT3: ... that Engy Ghozlan is known as the "voice and face" of efforts to eradicate sexual harassment of women in Egypt? Yoninah (talk) 22:16, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
- Thank you Yoninah! 119 char under 200 maximum. Link on file does not take me to a volume to verify, but this one works and on page 616 confirms the hook data. GTG SusunW (talk) 23:05, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
- @SusunW: thanks for the review, but there's still the matter of the unsourced fact in the lead. I pinged Nvvchar to take care of it. Yoninah (talk) 23:19, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
- According to the source, she wasn't the head of the entire organization, she was a project manager, some sources call her a program manager. I edited the article to reflect that "she headed a project", which is confirmed on that page 616 of the source. But also confirmed here SusunW (talk) 23:46, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
