- Hi Peacemaker67, review follows: Article promoted to GA on 3 January; article is of good length; article is well written and cited inline throughout to reliable sources; no overly close paraphrasing noticed; hooks are both interesting and mentioned in the article; Damascus hook checks out to the Australian DNB, VC hook is cited to an offline book which I am happy to AGF on; image looks to be appropriately licensed (the AWM collections are down for me at the moment but I am happy to presume it states "public domain", most of their stuff does); QPQ has been done. Looks good to me - Dumelow (talk) 08:08, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks, Dumelow! Yes, the image page at the AWM states "Copyright expired - public domain". Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 08:21, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks for the confirmation Peacemaker67, I currently just get a "technical difficulties" message from the AWM page - Dumelow (talk) 08:33, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
