I'm now revising and improving the list of Colombian writers and poets and in my 20 years as Professor of Latin American Literature I had never heard of this author, not even in Colombia where I worked for 3 universities some time ago. All other articles on this subject in Google are mirrors to Wikipedia. My task is now to revise and expand the section of Colombian literature (and Latin American literature), but this definitely is a hoax or it is entirely irrelevant.--Academie (talk) 02:12, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Because it is causing a Checkwiki error #70: "ISBN with wrong length", I removed the ISBN from the entry:
Cristo Rey: Un Canto a la Obra de Dios (epic poetry, 1979) ISBN 95860103783
I have tried unsuccessfully to locate the correct ISBN on the Internet. My research led to strange results. I thought that I had found a valid ISBN that only differed from the ISBN in the entry above by the checksum digit: 978-958-601-037-5. However, when I accessed the "Book sources" page via this ISBN, Google Books, Amazon, and WorldCat all returned a book entitled Los Muzos, un Pueblo Extinguido by Trinidad Parra Morales. A usually reliable ISBN site [1] states that the ISBN relates to a book entitled Cristo Rey: Un Canto a la Obra de Dios, as we want, but the author is Trinidad Parra Morales. Given Reinaldo Antonio Plazas Peralta's inclination to use a variety of names, maybe we've discovered another. Knife-in-the-drawer (talk) 02:31, 17 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
