Reverted redirect
[edit]I reverted the redirect because PA 706 occupies only half of the former US 106 alignment in Pennsylvania. The other half is comprised of US 11, PA 106 and PA 652. Lost in all of this is the fact that US 106 also entered New York. Considering all of those factors, making the US 106 article a redirect anywhere is a bad idea because not one single route can take full claim to the US 106 alignment. --TMF Let's Go Mets - Stats 02:34, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
- I redirected again before seeing this, because there's nothing that can be written that doesn't also apply to the state routes. PA 106 is a logical place to redirect, since that part kept the number. And I'm pretty sure it didn't enter New York; do you have any reliable sources that say otherwise? AASHTO's log, at least in 1927, said "Beginning at the Pennsylvania-New York State line at Narrowsburg", and [1] agrees. --NE2 14:25, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
U.S. Route 106 as Its Own Article
[edit]Could U.S. Route 106 actually exist as its own article?
