I've done the work of making this a standard matrix of vendor-by-year data, rather than the separate tabulations of "top N brands in year X" as shown below the page text. I've added some extra entries when I could find solid data for them. The sheet really needs to be extended into the 21st century, but I fear that getting authoritative data for the big brands will be quite the chore.
The spreadsheet is read only: download it, make your improvements, store the results in your Gdrive (or other public location), and change the reference in the text.
