[edit]Can you please edit the headmaster section. Harry Baetjer has been selected as Interim Headmaster. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.4.112.170 (talk) 20:13, 25 October 2013 (UTC)
As a Tower Hill student, I can state with near complete confidence that everything posted on this wikipedia is 100% factual. --
As a Tower Hill alumnus (and a minority student) I disagree with the validity of the statement that there are two to three minority students enrolled in each grade, as the figure is substantially higher than that. However, I would say that integration at THS is rather strained, and there is most certainly a very conservative, very uptight "diversity policy" currently enstated.
But, that is just my opinion, and maybe things will change in the years to come. Let's hope.
First post is right. Stupid things are almost always done by rival schools but i screwed them up pretty funnily so no worries.
Some people will call themselves headmaster or something funny. I myself changed the date founded to 180 B.C or something i can't remember. It often gets a good laugh out of your colleauges at school.

Mike Castle, listed among the alumni, is also a former Governor of Delaware (and was Lt. Gov. before that), so could note that he was Governor in addition to being U.S. Representative from Delaware.

Headmaster Christopher Wheeler arrested on dealing in child porn charges
[edit]Tower Hill School headmaster Christopher D. Wheeler was charged with 25 counts of dealing in child pornography, which authorities discovered during an October 22, 2013 search of his home--a school-owned mansion on the campus of Tower Hill School.[1] -38.108.126.194 (talk) 00:40, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
- I've undone a version of this edit (as has someone else) until we can discuss the BLP and other issues of including it. For including it: he was the headmaster when the child porn was found, and at least some of it was found on campus. Against: not convicted yet (even if he likely will be). What else?
I'm inclined to say this should be covered in the article, even though I'm one of the ones who removed it. I just want to hear some other opinions. Meters (talk) 19:42, 8 October 2014 (UTC)
- Remove (for now) I'd be inclined under WP:BLPCRIME to keep it out fo the article until he has been convicted. The individual isnt notable in his own right so it seems premature to post statements about alleged criminality of a member of staff under such allegations have been proven. Amortias (T)(C) 20:02, 8 October 2014 (UTC)
- Yeah, you're right. I was incorrectly swayed by his position. There's no suggestion his students were involved, and I would have had no doubt that the edit was a BLP issue and did not belong in the school article if the arrest was for something not involving children. Meters (talk) 20:18, 8 October 2014 (UTC)
- The convictions were overturned in 2016.[2] I can find no evidence that charges were ever relaid. Should this still be in the article? Meters (talk) 18:27, 4 November 2022 (UTC)
- No-one has responded, and there is no evidence that the charges were ever relaid, so I have removed it. I have also removed a more recent, somewhat similar, case of charges with no evidence of a conviction against a different staff member. Meters (talk) 20:59, 27 April 2023 (UTC)
