Thatcher as the "Iron Lady".
[edit]I added a sentence saying that at the time Thatcher was already referred to as the "Iron Lady".
I kind of just tacked it onto the paragraph about the speach writer, so I'm not really happy with the result. But I think it should mentioned somewhere in the article.
