Table outdated

Don't quite have the time right now to do a full rewrite, but there are only 184 labs on the table, while the total number is 253.

Also, there's a Center for Security and Emerging Technology [1] report giving numbers of 515 SKLs claimed by state media, 469* that they found looking through Open-Source data. I'm pretty sure this overstates it a bit, so I'll probably come back with a more significant edit later.
