[edit]Did Sole get offended by something? Hip hop fans are such babies. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.229.201.251 (talk) 19:06, 5 June 2009 (UTC)
Discography
[edit]- I'm wondering if we really need to list every single release Sole's ever been featured on. Like, do we really need to show all the Deep Puddle Dynamics, Live Poets, So-called Artists, etc albums on here? If those groups have their own page, then the albums should be listed there, not here. I mean, it's okay to link people to those groups or whatever, but it seems like it'd make more sense to just have Sole's official releases on here. In other words, putting the Deep Puddle Dynamics stuff on Sole's page would be like listing all the Nirvana albums on the Foo fighters page, you know? Shnakepup (talk) 14:33, 24 June 2011 (UTC)
- Not really, it'd be like listing Nirvana's album on Dave Grohl's page. Which they are. Wetdogmeat (talk) 20:16, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- Okay, I went ahead and re-arranged the discog section a bit. I didn't take anything out, but I sorted it by group. I also bullet-pointed stuff and removed redlinks. Shnakepup (talk) 15:57, 7 October 2011 (UTC)
Style
[edit]Is the phrase "traditional" hip hop topics and cliches" a good one to use here? Is it not the case that if Holland's music spends more time on issues like class politics that maybe it's more traditional? Maybe s/traditional/contemporary/? 69.181.72.33 (talk) 01:38, 2 November 2014 (UTC) Tilgovi
Exile includes a disambiguation link to Exhile, which redirects to Sole (hip hop artist), which does not mention Exhile at all. Why does Exhile exist, and why does it redirect here? --72.85.63.148 (talk) 21:10, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
