Wrong tone?

- The tone is wrong because the article is written more like a writeup in a pop magazine rather than an encyclopedia. Wikipedia has a Manual of style that dictates how articles should be written, and this article just misses the bar. As for me, I'm just another WikiPedian who is trying to help the project. - Pop magazine? I think it's simply explaining technical securities industry topic in plain English. I'll re-read MOS ref. and see if I'd change anything... thx
