Confusing data about expected daily traffic during the Olympic Games
[edit]The first paragraph of the “Design” section currently states that "the station will be able to accommodate 250,000 passengers a day", which matches with many sources and is also stated on the corresponding article in the French-language Wikipedia.
Therefore, the following statement at the end of the “Opening” sub-section of the “History” section is very suspicious:
- During the Olympic and Paralympic Games, over 40,000 passengers are expected to use the station.
What the lead of the linked news article states is (translating loosely from French): "[A] little more than 40,000 people will use the station daily during the Olympic Games, during the peaks of [stadium] spectator entry and exit." This seems wrong in several ways but the full article is behind a paywall, so I have removed the sentence from the article, pending verification that would allow rephrasing. 207.60.71.246 (talk) 13:20, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
- There's only 1 line serving the station at present, the source backs up the claim. Have reverted, and expanded with peak times as per the quote. Turini2 (talk) 19:33, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
