[edit]The name of the writer should be Robert F. Dorr in the title as well as the body so that you can transfer his name from a cover of a book directly to the Wikipedia search engine. The Wikipedia search engine searches successfully for Robert Dorr, but not Robert F. Dorr Exarctly 04:02, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
- Done. BTW, you can do this yourself by using the move tab found above the article. --NeilN 04:32, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
THANKS! Entering Robert F. Dorr in Wikipedia Search Engine gets you a 92% relevancy to Robert Dorr. Clicking on Robert Dorr then redirects you to Robert F. Dorr. This is important because some of my resources are cross-references to other mentions of Robert F. Dorr throughout vetted Wikipedia articles. For instance, please hightlight Robert F. Dorr in blue and link him from your List of United States Military Books--Air Force where Robert F. Dorr is verified and listed at the author of Air War Hanoi and also for McDonnell F-101 Voodoo.Exarctly 23:48, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
I've removed the list of books as they shouldn't be on a Talk page. I've also remove the {{unref}} tag from the article. --NeilN 01:31, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
I italicized the pubs list and added ISBNs as per Wikipedia's basic style for bibliographies. I also wikified the article. It would be nice to add some more narrative to it. Someone should discuss Dorr's most significant titles in a bit more detail. Johnfmh 09:48, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
Interviewed Dorr on the phone today and added more material. I think it is safe to conclude that this article is no longer a stub. Johnfmh 15:13, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
- If I interview Mr. Dorr, is it then admissable to add the information? I thought this qualified as original research. Mark Sublette (talk) 00:33, 20 May 2010 (UTC)Mark SubletteMark Sublette (talk) 00:33, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
Somebody might want to fix this sentence: Between 2000 and 2009, he wrote four weekly history columns a week for the Military Times newspapers. Andygx (talk) 14:06, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
