I propose that this article be merged into Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 as this just talks about one section of it and the main article could be expanded. This article would have to be improved before merging.--Domdeparis (talk) 19:21, 11 January 2017 (UTC)
- Weak oppose on the grounds that the Right to Work Law UK is more about practical approaches to avoiding having to pay the fine imposed by the fine applied in section 15 of the act. However, my feeling is that its an important (independently notable) topic because it affects the activities of all UK businesses in a way that the rest of the act doesn't. To merge it into the page for the act would unbalance the page and also would clash because of the contrasting styles of the pages. I accept that the current Right to Work Law UK suffers from some violation of WP:NOTHOWTO, but that it grounds for page improvement rather than a merge. Klbrain (talk) 22:19, 13 August 2018 (UTC)
