This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because... (The existing article is only about in the US education system while the practices being discussed exist in outside the US and also not just in schools but other places such as prisons ) --SSCTH (talk) 23:06, 9 April 2024 (UTC)
