Neutral Point of View

Adding a point of view tag for review. Reading through the history, it reads as though it has been authored by someone close to involved persons or, at very least, someone variable.

It certainly lacks objectivity and/or impartiality

Additionally, the history reads like a news article, with a journalist's point of view, not an objective encyclopaedic article
