1. Citation should be placed inside the article, not in the edit summary
2. An athletic club site could not by its own be used for verification on facts concerning this particular club, since it is a non-independent source. According to essay Wikipedia:Third-party sources, you should present at least one, if not multiple, third-party sources, i.e

that is entirely independent of the subject being covered.
