Is there an article (or even a section of an article) on this particular smuggling case? If so, then this article should not be deleted, but should instead be a redirect to that article or section. If not, then an article should be considered, with this article moved to a more appropriate title and reworked to center around the event and not the perpetrator.
This smuggling case is gaining additional notability due to a recent WikiLeaks release concerning then FBI Director Robert Mueller's role in delivering a sample of the HEU to Russia for forensic analysis, and the use of those leaks in attempting to discredit Mr. Mueller in his current role as Special Counsel to investigate Russian interference with the 2016 Presidential election and related matters. -- ToE 19:22, 25 August 2017 (UTC)
