We seem to have a difference of opinion regarding when the 2011 schedule should be taken off the page, so it's probably best to arrive at a consensus rather than start a revert war.
The 2010 season ended just four months ago, and the 2011 season is still four months away. Summer break hasn't even begun yet, so the incoming college freshmen haven't even graduated high school yet. Speaking as a college football fan, I can say without reservation that the 2011 season still seems very far away, certainly in the realm of "future" (rather than "current") events. As a Wikipedia user, I would still expect a page titled "future schedule" to provide information on the upcoming season, rather than being forced to search elsewhere for this information.
As for the ideal time to remove the 2011 season from the "future" schedule page, I would say no sooner than August (when the camps begin) and no later than September (when the season officially kicks off). Other opinions, of course, are welcomed. -- Trowbridge (talk) 20:35, 16 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
