@Martinevans123: I need help with how best to structure the article and generally creating the article please, I am confident there are enough citations for the article to meet WP:GNG but I am unsure what to put into the article and in which order. Oh, I see. Well it looks pretty orderly. If you have some content to go into "New world whisky brands and distilleries" I'd go ahead and put that in. The table might then sit better below it. And there might then be some content to summarise in the lead section. Also the "Citations" column in the table looks a bit redundant, if you are putting sources in the "Distillery" column?
