Merger

- I merged the article, but actually I rewrote it completely. Not one of the references provided were in English. I did not care for the "Carlo Perfetti concept" so I did not put him in. But if anyone disagrees, please write about him in the rehabilitation (neuropsychology) article! Lova Falk talk 16:26, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
