[edit]This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (History about the company and also for school purposes) --Robinsonas2 (talk) 23:26, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
- Can you clarify what you mean by "for school purposes"? --Mr. Vernon (talk) 23:27, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
- The article includes a ref from Bloomberg. I also easily found an article fromForbes. WP:ORG seems to be satisfied by these. It is a very successful company, founded by a 25 year-old in 1999 with $250,000 capital, which sold in 2014 for 500 million, and is now sold by many major retailers in the US and internationally. The seemingly promotional statements could be sourced to the Forbes and Bloomberg articles. I did a bit of copyediting to improve the tone and style. Edison (talk) 23:54, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
- I have now spent several hours finding references which appear to be from reliable sources, adding them to verify what is in the article, and removing some promotional or irrelevant statements. If the article survives the AFD I will go over the references and put them into the "citeweb" format. This cosmetics company appears to satisfy WP:GNG and specifically WP:ORG, and to be in accord with WP:SPAM and WP:NOT. Edison (talk) 23:03, 30 November 2016 (UTC)
