Single Confirmation
[edit]So their is no exact single confirmation at the moment. Just "knowing" its the next single isn't enough... So if anyone does happen to find a page that verifies "Moment 4 Life" as the next official single than please put them on here. If they are reference-able enough than we will change the article. Until than it stay a song :] Theuhohreo (talk) 18:55, 20 December 2010 (UTC)
- Only sing verification i found was Rap-Up, but it is not really that certain/direct: http://www.rap-up.com/2010/12/06/nicki-minaj-introduces-new-alter-ego/
- MTV also confirms it as the next single: http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1653967/20101209/drake.jhtml
- And the song was released onto radio December 7th: http://www.fmqb.com/Article.asp?id=16691

Single Cover
[edit]A reliable web site called Vinyl Exchange sells promo CDs. The web site has the promo cover for "Moment 4 Life" on their site here. As you can see, the covers for the other Nicki Minaj promo CDs are the same as the covers used on the "Your Love" and "Right Thru Me" articles. Sadly the item has sold out on the non-cached version of the web site but seeing as there is no official cover and the promo CDs are released by the record company, surely this is the closest we have to an official single cover? I also have the promo CD with this cover and have submitted the information I have (including the catalogue number) to Discogs. Any thoughts? TopopMAC1 (talk) 02:13, 17 April 2011 (UTC)
- I think this is the closest thing to a single-cvoer that we'll ever get... If you find a clearer quality, you can upload it and put it on the article. Theuhohreo (talk) 03:15, 17 April 2011 (UTC)
- Discogs is not a reliable source. As of present, there is no efficial singles cover. — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 [talk] 04:10, 17 April 2011 (UTC)
- Was this released by Nicki Minaj's label, or is it just some bootleg? If it was released by her label, I'm pretty sure that's enough to call it an official cover (even covers of promo singles, just as long as they were officially released by the label). I'll do some more researching to see if there is another official cover. I've seen that there's another cover claiming to be the original ([1]), but I'm not completely sure of that. Holiday56 (talk) 05:44, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- You can tell from the URL that's not official, but made by someone called 3xKirby and uploaded to Coverlandia on 20 November 2010. Yves (talk) 05:47, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for checking that, I completely forgot to check the actual page. Going back to the topic, do you think that the cover TopopMAC1 is referring to can be uploaded? Holiday56 (talk) 11:42, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for all the feedback! It is an official CD-R promo. Vinyl Exchange only sell official promo CDs and I have bought "Your Love" and "Right Thru Me" from them before I bought "Moment 4 Life". The font is different to "Your Love"/"Right Thru Me" but matches the cover for "Girls Fall Like Dominoes". TopopMAC1 (talk) 01:29, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
- I know this isn't a reliable source but here's a listing of the promo CD on eBay 01:40, 20 April 2011 (UTC)

Promo CDs are only sent to radio/djs and have a limited release. They are not intended to be bought by the public hence i find the use of the promo CD cover inaccurate as in all territories the album download track was promoted, not a separate release. — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 [talk] 01:43, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
- Since I see no rules forbidding the use of a promo cover in the event that no exact "official" cover exists, I added the cover. I believe that it is the closest thing to an "official cover", as it was released by the record company. I have added a caption to explain the origin of the cover, to avoid confusion that the single was released commercially with a cover. Holiday56 (talk) 16:48, 22 May 2011 (UTC)
- I completely agree with this, covers are used as promotion, so if this cover was released as promotion i see no wrong in adding it. I just wish we had a higher-quality one Theuhohreo (talk) 17:03, 22 May 2011 (UTC)

The current cover is fan-made. It is obtained from here and it's called "Nicki-Minaj-Moment-4-Life-FanMade.jpg" lol Pancake (talk) 23:27, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
And by the way,can somebody post the ORIGINAL cover at Wikimedia Commons?--Nikinikolananov (talk) 13:29, 11 October 2012 (UTC)
