I think that was such an immense event that it should be included in the Wrestling section. Someone please add it? I don't think I could add it in in a deadpan, factual manner. AndarielHalo (talk) 23:00, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Throat Cancer/ Aftermath and Marriage/Implications
There should be some research and exposé of Michael Buffer's (fairly) recent bout with throat cancer, its diagnosis, treatment, and aftermath. Supposedly it was discovered when he was 63 (5 yrs ago) and was 'cured' with surgery only with no follow-up radiation or chemotherapy. I'd like to know exactly what kind of cancer was it - and was/is Buffer (who makes his $millions doing one thing- introducing boxers and saying his highly-litigated tag line "blah blah READY TO RUMBLE...." ...a smoker or heavy drinker? I'd also like to know his true long-term prognosis.
I should have separated this - but it's reported that Buffer is worth over $400M, mostly from license deals for the use of his now-famous tagline "LET'S GET READY 2 RUM-......." Mostly with EA sports (games) but also with action figures and other licensed materials. If this is true, does he have any kind of pre-nuptial agreement with his trophy wife Christine Prado who is approx. 30 years his junior? Also would be interesting to know how they met, etc etc. 04:19, 10 March 2013 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Moucon (talk • contribs)
