Issues

GDP numbers: The preliminary data itself seems to be incorrect and questionable. GDP numbers does not have proper citations and seems to have been randomly sourced as per convenience. For Delhi, source is a list to a government directory and there is no proper reference to the number quoted. Majority of the GDP numbers for the cities have been sourced from the respective districts rather than the cities, which is incorrect and misleading.
Population: If the 2011 population comes from the official census (source needed), the census lists population by the UA or bodies existent during the census and there is no note/explanation on how it was arrived for the expanded areas.
Population estimate: This seems to be derived from some third party source, which is normally not placed in such articles as there is no credibility on how it was estimated. There is no specification again on whether this corresponds to UA/MA/city. For many cities, population has taken a nosedive in the 2025 estimate compared to 2011. How is it possible?
